  • • The Growth Marketing Executive at GetGround Limited plays a pivotal role in shaping how the company designs, delivers, and optimises marketing across its diverse portfolio of brands, including GetGround, BuyAssociation, and individual property developments. This role is essential to driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion by ensuring marketing initiatives are cohesive, data-informed, and brand-consistent across multiple touchpoints.
  • • In this hands-on, hybrid role based in London (4 days in office), you will be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, creating high-quality assets such as sales collateral, email creatives, and event materials, managing audience segmentation and CRM campaigns via HubSpot, analysing campaign performance to drive optimisation, and supporting the delivery of in-person marketing events like property launches and partner activations. You will collaborate closely with Growth, Partnerships, Sales, Product, and Design teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • • GetGround Limited is building the first end-to-end real estate investment platform, aiming to democratise access to property ownership globally. The company fosters a diverse and inclusive culture, with representation from 22 nationalities across five countries and a strong commitment to accessibility and belonging, celebrated through initiatives like Black History Month, International Women's Day, and Pride. As part of a growing, mission-driven team, you’ll contribute to meaningful work that blends creativity, technology, and impact in the proptech and fintech space.
  • • This role offers significant opportunity to grow your expertise in full-funnel marketing, marketing automation, data-driven optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration. You will develop proficiency in HubSpot, refine your skills in asset creation and campaign execution, and gain experience adapting messaging across varied audiences and brand contexts — all while working in a supportive environment that values attention to detail, craft, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience working in Marketing or Growth roles
  • • Experience creating marketing assets such as emails, one-pagers, and social creatives
  • • Hands-on experience using HubSpot or other marketing automation tools
  • • Comfortable analysing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions
  • • Strong attention to detail and pride in craft
  • • Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities
