📋 Description
- • As Growth Marketing Lead at Nabla Bio, you will drive customer acquisition and pipeline growth by leading data-driven marketing efforts focused initially on the Mid-Market segment (large physician groups up to 400 providers), with expansion into Enterprise and other verticals.
- • You will own end-to-end execution of digital marketing programs including paid acquisition, email nurture, ABM, and integrated campaigns, running experiments, optimizing performance, and aligning closely with sales and customer success to improve lead quality and conversion.
- • Nabla is a fast-growing AI healthcare company backed by a $70M Series C, trusted by over 100,000 clinicians across 130+ organizations, with a mission to restore joy in medicine by reducing administrative burden through ambient AI assistants.
- • You will develop expertise in B2B SaaS growth strategy, marketing automation, pipeline attribution, and cross-functional leadership while making a measurable impact on Nabla’s market expansion and revenue goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8 years of experience in growth, performance, or campaign marketing in B2B SaaS or digital health with a proven track record of launching and scaling acquisition and retention programs
- • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp) and CRM systems like Salesforce, with ability to build and launch campaigns from strategy to execution
- • Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and pipeline attribution, including ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- • Self-starter mentality with initiative and ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments (startup/scaleup with <75 employees preferred)
- • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills, with comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
- • Bonus: Experience marketing to healthcare providers or enterprise health systems
