  • • The Growth Marketing Lead will own user acquisition end-to-end for an innovative fintech company building an onchain broker layer for global markets, bridging traditional finance and decentralized technology through perpetuals trading of equities, commodities, indices, and FX.
  • • Day to day, the role involves maintaining full accountability for top-of-funnel metrics including traffic, signups, funded accounts, and first-trade conversions; identifying, testing, and scaling untapped acquisition channels such as SEO, lifecycle/email, paid social, and regional channels in LATAM, SEA, and MENA; building and managing a trader-focused creator program across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram; establishing an SEO framework from scratch including keyword strategy, programmatic pages, educational hubs, and link-building; owning the end-to-end user journey from waitlist to first deposit and long-term retention; implementing paid acquisition strategies where regulation permits; and defining core metrics and building dashboards to monitor CAC by channel, funded conversion rates, LTV, and payback periods.
  • • The company is an innovative fintech organization that has secured over $27M in funding from premier venture capital firms and processed upwards of $50B in trading volume, demonstrating significant traction among high-volume macro traders. The role sits within a lean, high-velocity Go-To-Market team reporting to the Head of Marketing, collaborating with creative, social, and business development teams to validate channels before scaling a dedicated growth department.
  • • The person in this role will have the opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of a well-funded, high-volume financial platform, gain end-to-end ownership of user acquisition in a zero-to-one environment, develop expertise in onchain trading and perpetual DEXs, build and scale a growth function from the ground up, and work alongside a lean, elite team of specialists in a fast-paced, innovative industry at the intersection of traditional finance and decentralized technology.

🎯 Requirements

  • • At least 2+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally within crypto, consumer fintech, or retail trading platforms
  • • Proven track record as a 'zero-to-one' operator who has built growth functions from the ground up and moved core business numbers
  • • Highly quantitative and comfortable utilizing tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and various attribution platforms
  • • Exceptional writing skills for ad copy, landing pages, creator briefs, and email campaigns
  • • Must be crypto-native or an active trader with a deep interest in the onchain trading landscape and perpetual DEXs
  • • A self-starter who identifies opportunities and executes experiments independently without requiring extensive oversight
