  • • Own end-to-end expansion of innovative customer acquisition channels, including affiliate partnerships, direct mail, emerging ad networks like AppLovin and Reddit, and other untested platforms, from initial research through scaling to 100X impact.
  • • Shape the strategic roadmap for high-potential growth channels by identifying, prioritizing, and making data-driven cases for investment in novel or underutilized marketing avenues.
  • • Apply core marketing fundamentals—audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative development, and landing page optimization—across diverse, unfamiliar, and non-traditional channel contexts.
  • • Pioneer the integration of AI agents into marketing operations to automate testing workflows, accelerate campaign iteration, and unlock scalable capabilities previously unattainable with manual processes.
  • • Design, execute, and analyze rigorous experiments across full-funnel metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and incrementality to validate hypotheses and determine channel viability.
  • • Translate performance data into clear, actionable strategic recommendations that directly influence resource allocation, budget decisions, and company-wide growth priorities.
  • • Partner closely with product, data, and creative teams to build the infrastructure, assets, and systems required to support the launch and scaling of new acquisition channels.
  • • Drive measurable, high-double-digit growth by identifying and activating Jerry.ai’s next major growth levers in a market with $2T total addressable opportunity.
  • • Work directly with the VP of Growth and executive leadership, including CEO-level visibility, to influence company strategy and define the future of modern growth marketing.
  • • Leverage a consulting mindset to structure ambiguous problems, prioritize ruthlessly, and communicate complex insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • • Demonstrate creative acumen by partnering with designers and copywriters to develop compelling, high-converting creative assets tailored to novel audience segments and platforms.
  • • Operate with ownership and resourcefulness in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, embracing challenges in uncharted territories with a mindset focused on scaling from 0 to 1 and 1 to 100.
  • • Utilize quantitative analytical skills to interpret performance trends, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate findings with storytelling that drives alignment across departments.
  • • Be at the forefront of applying AI tools not just as productivity hacks but as core strategic capabilities that redefine how marketing scales within a high-growth AI-powered consumer app.
  • • Maintain and enhance Jerry.ai’s position as the #1 rated and most downloaded car ownership app with a 4.7-star App Store rating by driving profitable customer acquisition to support over 5 million users and rapid expansion.
