- • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to increase platform adoption and seller onboarding for a custom gifting and print-on-demand ecommerce infrastructure platform
- • Refine messaging and positioning around the platform’s unique capabilities in branded packaging, fulfillment, and inventory-free custom gifting to resonate with ecommerce sellers and creators
- • Design and manage content strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms to educate and convert target audiences including online store owners and digital creators
- • Create and schedule promotional and educational content that demonstrates how sellers can leverage the platform to build and distribute personalized gift bundles without holding inventory
- • Plan and maintain consistent content calendars to ensure regular publishing, audience engagement, and brand visibility across all digital channels
- • Launch, monitor, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms to drive awareness, traffic, and seller acquisition
- • Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-performing creative assets including short-form videos, product tutorials, and demo content tailored for social media consumption
- • Track key marketing performance metrics such as engagement rates, website traffic, conversion rates, and seller sign-ups to evaluate campaign effectiveness
- • Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and continuously optimize marketing tactics for improved ROI and scalability
- • Provide regular performance reports to leadership with clear recommendations for strategy adjustments based on real-time analytics and market trends
- • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within ecommerce communities, creator ecosystems, and online marketplaces to expand the platform’s reach
- • Translate complex platform features into clear, compelling, and conversion-focused messaging that speaks directly to the pain points of ecommerce entrepreneurs
- • Operate autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision while maintaining alignment with overall company growth objectives
- • Work within U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST) to ensure seamless collaboration with U.S.-based clients and internal stakeholders
- • Maintain a creative mindset that balances storytelling with performance marketing goals to drive both brand awareness and measurable business outcomes
- • Contribute to shaping the company’s long-term growth strategy by providing market insights and feedback from direct customer engagement
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or ecommerce marketing
- • Experience working with ecommerce brands, marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or creator-focused products
- • Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital content strategies
- • Experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, or similar platforms
- • Ability to translate platform features into clear, engaging, and conversion-focused messaging
- • Comfortable working in fast-paced startup or entrepreneurial environments
