- • Plan, build, and optimize multi-channel email and SMS campaigns using HubSpot or High Level to engage leads and support sales teams across South America.
- • Manage social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X, maintaining a consistent 30-day content calendar.
- • Design graphics and edit short-form video content using Canva, CapCut, or Figma to support brand engagement across platforms.
- • Automate marketing workflows using Zapier to integrate tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and other platforms, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.
- • Analyze campaign performance data using Excel or Google Sheets to extract actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders.
- • Collaborate directly with South American sales teams to align marketing efforts with regional sales goals and document repeatable, scalable processes.
- • Launch and monitor automated email and SMS nurture sequences with targets of ≥20% open rate and ≤1% unsubscribe rate within the first 90 days.
- • Publish a full month of scheduled social media content on time and in alignment with brand guidelines.
- • Reduce campaign build time by 25% through the implementation of automation workflows and standardized templates.
- • Create and maintain a simple, clear dashboard that visualizes lead flow, engagement metrics, and campaign performance for internal reporting.
- • Continuously refine marketing processes based on data-driven feedback and evolving campaign results.
- • Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT or Midjourney to enhance content creation and streamline repetitive tasks where applicable.
- • Tweak email template HTML/CSS as needed to ensure proper rendering and branding consistency across devices.
- • Maintain a portfolio of at least two completed design or video projects demonstrating creative and technical execution.
- • Work within a fully remote, async-friendly environment with flexibility in scheduling and communication.
- • Utilize provided budget for professional development, creative assets, or AI tool credits to enhance performance and skill growth.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience with a modern CRM (HubSpot preferred)
- • Proven success managing multi-channel marketing (email, SMS, social)
- • Strong familiarity with Zapier (or Make) automation
- • Portfolio with at least two examples of design or video work
- • Solid skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
- • Fluent English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus)
