- • The Growth Marketing Manager will drive user growth, engagement, and conversion across social media platforms while executing digital marketing campaigns in a fast-paced Web3 environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include producing performance-driven social media content, managing KOL and influencer relationships, monitoring industry trends, planning reward-based and partner co-marketing campaigns, fostering community engagement, moderating discourse, and providing timely customer support.
- • InfStones is a trusted enterprise-grade blockchain PaaS provider powering over 20,000 nodes across 80+ blockchains, backed by top-tier investors like Softbank and GGV Capital, and used by industry leaders including Binance, CoinList, and Polygon.
- • The role offers high visibility and impact, working closely with Product, Business, Sales, and Executive teams to scale Web3 innovation and community growth in a cutting-edge technology environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Three (3+) plus years of growth marketing experience with a Web3/blockchain company, preferably in a startup environment, focused on digital channels especially mobile and social media
- • Hands-on experience designing persuasive, conversion-oriented marketing campaigns across multi-channel digital formats including web, email, social media, online communities (KOL/influencer), and video
- • Proven track record of scaling user growth on platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram
- • Ability to resolve user inquiries and disputes tactfully and effectively within 24 hours
- • Familiarity with performance marketing and data analytics/reporting, including SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and Google Ads
- • Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills for working across global teams in different time zones
