• • The Growth Marketing Manager will own pipeline-driving marketing efforts at Sage49, Inc., a mission-driven company improving care and quality of life for older adults through innovative fall prevention and response systems in senior living facilities.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning and executing integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end across channels, driving paid media performance on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, improving funnel conversion from lead to demo to opportunity, developing and scaling SEO and content strategy, and tracking performance through structured experiments to optimize campaign impact and efficiency.
• • Sage49 is a small, tight-knit team of ambitious, multi-disciplinary operators focused on solving real-world problems that directly impact customers and the people they care for, working hard and moving quickly while building something enduring.
• • In this role, the person can learn to scale growth systems in a high-impact healthcare technology environment, deepen expertise in B2B demand generation and cross-functional alignment with Sales and RevOps, and gain hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and marketing automation platforms to drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
