📋 Description

• As a Growth Marketing Manager at Stay AI, you will drive pipeline and revenue by executing integrated marketing campaigns that target high-value ecommerce brands using Shopify, focusing on subscriber growth, retention, and revenue optimization.
• You will manage day-to-day marketing operations including campaign execution across email, paid media, webinars, and events; maintain marketing tech stack (Clay, HubSpot, Chili Piper); build landing pages and lead forms; ensure accurate lead routing and attribution; and deploy segmented email nurture sequences.
• You will work closely with the CEO and GTM team to launch and optimize ABM initiatives, run growth experiments across the funnel, monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates), and collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and RevOps to support campaign success.
• This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in B2B SaaS demand generation, marketing automation, and data-driven experimentation while contributing directly to the scaling of a fast-growing company serving top ecommerce brands.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or marketing operations, with e-commerce SaaS experience being a strong plus
• Proficiency in marketing automation and ABM tools including HubSpot, Clay, Chili Piper, and experience with paid media, email marketing, SEM, SEO, content syndication, CRO, direct mail, and events
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain data hygiene across platforms
