- • As a Growth Marketing Manager at Contentsquare, you will play a pivotal role in driving product-led growth by understanding user journeys and leveraging the company’s own platform to acquire, convert, and retain customers.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing deep insights into user problems and how Contentsquare solves them, then using that foundation to ideate, strategize, and execute initiatives that boost adoption and advocacy across the customer lifecycle.
- • You will work within a small, agile Product-Led Growth (PLG) Marketing team that uses Contentsquare’s own product and product-centric experiences—such as AI-powered tools, interactive demos, onboarding flows, and trial experiences—to drive engagement and value realization.
- • You will launch targeted campaigns, build enablement tools, and implement processes that help users derive value from the platform, improve retention, and turn satisfied customers into active advocates who contribute to the Contentsquare community.
- • This role offers the opportunity to grow your expertise in PLG strategies, product-led experimentation, and customer advocacy while making a measurable impact on retention and expansion in a fast-scaling global tech company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in growth marketing, product-led growth, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user behavior data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- • Experience designing and executing campaigns across the customer journey, including activation, adoption, and advocacy phases.
- • Familiarity with product analytics tools (experience with Contentsquare is a plus) and comfort working with data to measure campaign effectiveness.
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams.
