- • Design and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth for a B2B SaaS company offering AI-powered products
- • Own and optimize the full-funnel marketing experimentation process across paid media, lifecycle email campaigns, landing pages, and conversion flows
- • Improve acquisition and conversion performance by analyzing channel-level data and applying testing frameworks to identify high-impact optimizations
- • Partner with Product Marketing to clearly articulate AI-driven value propositions to modern SaaS buyers through targeted messaging and positioning
- • Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations teams to increase funnel velocity and improve conversion rates from MQL to SQL and beyond
- • Track, measure, and report on key growth metrics including CAC, CPL, MQL, SQL, pipeline volume, and direct revenue impact from marketing initiatives
- • Utilize marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or Marketo) integrated with Salesforce CRM to orchestrate segmented campaigns and nurture workflows
- • Execute and analyze paid media campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive qualified traffic and lead generation
- • Apply analytics and experimentation tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, and Optimizely to evaluate campaign performance and guide iterative improvements
- • Maintain strict alignment between marketing activities and revenue targets through continuous monitoring and adjustment of growth levers
- • Ensure all growth initiatives are executed remotely with full proficiency in collaboration tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana
- • Maintain consistent communication and alignment with US-based teams operating across EST–PST time zones
- • Record and submit a video as part of the mandatory application process to be considered for the role
- • Demonstrate prior experience working fully remotely with US- or UK-based companies, as this is a non-negotiable requirement for consideration
- • Translate complex technical capabilities of AI-powered SaaS products into compelling, buyer-focused marketing narratives that drive engagement and conversion
- • Continuously test and refine messaging, targeting, and channel strategies based on real-time performance data and buyer behavior insights
- • Proactively identify growth opportunities within the customer journey and implement scalable programs to capture them
- • Maintain rigorous documentation of test hypotheses, results, and learnings to enable team-wide knowledge sharing and process standardization
- • Ensure all marketing activities comply with data privacy and compliance standards applicable to B2B SaaS operations
- • Adapt marketing tactics rapidly in response to shifting market dynamics, product updates, or competitive movements in the AI SaaS space
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in B2B growth or demand marketing within a SaaS environment
- • Strong understanding of AI-powered products and their impact on buyer behavior and messaging
- • Demonstrated success driving measurable pipeline and revenue through experimentation-led programs
- • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce)
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- • Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies
