• • The Growth Marketing Specialist will lead the transition from traffic generation to full-funnel conversion optimization for a growing e-commerce brand specializing in high-ticket modular outdoor pergolas, directly impacting revenue growth and conversion efficiency.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing customer journey drop-off points, implementing landing page optimizations, leading A/B tests across landing and product pages, managing and optimizing paid media campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, aligning ad messaging with landing page content, tracking performance via Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics, translating data into actionable insights, collaborating with the brand owner and creative teams on strategy and design, and staying current on e-commerce trends for high-ticket products.
• • The company is a scaling e-commerce brand focused on driving revenue growth and improving conversion efficiency across digital channels, with strong existing traffic now being leveraged to optimize the customer journey and maximize conversion performance.
• • In this role, you will gain ownership of the marketing roadmap, develop expertise in conversion rate optimization and performance marketing for high-ticket e-commerce, strengthen data analysis and reporting skills using Google Analytics and Ads platforms, and directly influence revenue performance through measurable improvements in conversion rates, bounce rates, and CPA reduction.
