- • The Growth Operations Lead at Futurra Group will drive the development and scaling of a systematic marketing growth model for MusesAcademy, a lifestyle EdTech product for women, by building and optimizing end-to-end creative production pipelines and enabling rapid testing of growth hypotheses.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the 'creative factory' to identify bottlenecks and improve delivery speed and quality, implementing rapid testing systems to increase hypothesis velocity and reduce time-to-test, coordinating cross-functional collaboration between creative, design, UA, and development teams, and transforming data, feedback, and test results into actionable operational decisions.
- • Futurra Group is a Ukrainian multi-product IT company operating at the intersection of EdTech, AI, and Lifestyle, building innovative cross-platform products like MusesAcademy, MathMaster, and a proprietary VPN platform, backed by Skelar AS and focused on scaling impactful tech businesses with a strong team culture.
- • In this role, you will learn to structure and scale repeatable growth processes, deepen your expertise in performance marketing and unit economics (LTV, CAC), and lead operational initiatives that directly influence product scaling and business outcomes in a high-growth environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in Growth, Operations, or Marketing Lead roles or similar positions
- • Experience managing a team of 3+ people, with ability to set direction and empower execution
- • Strong systems thinking: ability to structure processes and decompose complex tasks
- • Understanding of performance marketing and key business metrics (LTV, CAC, unit economics)
- • Business-oriented mindset: understanding marketing as a driver of business results
