  • • As a Growth Operations Manager at Agent Inc., you will serve as the operational leadership bridge between strategy and client delivery for an AI-native growth marketing consultancy, ensuring every client deliverable reflects premium consulting standards.
  • • You will own end-to-end production of client-facing materials such as presentations, strategic briefs, quarterly business reviews, investment models, and marketing plans, transforming AI-generated insights into polished, client-ready outputs.
  • • You will manage a direct report (Growth Operations Associate), coordinate specialist vendors, and maintain visibility across 4–6 active client engagements to ensure zero missed commitments and timely delivery.
  • • You will work closely with the Founder and Managing Partner, using AI tools daily as your operating system for research, analysis, and content production, while exercising editorial judgment to uphold quality and strategic coherence.
  • • This role offers a clear path to senior leadership as the company scales, allowing you to grow into greater operational and strategic influence within a fast-scaling consultancy serving seven- and eight-figure brands.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–7 years of experience in an agency, consultancy, or startup environment with proven client-facing deliverable experience.
  • • Exceptional writing, editing, and synthesis skills with the ability to represent the company’s voice in client communications confidently and contextually.
  • • Expert proficiency in Google Workspace and Notion, plus comfort working with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM) for research, analysis, and content production.
  • • Demonstrated management experience, including supervising at least one direct report through task assignment, quality review, feedback, and development.
  • • Working knowledge of growth marketing strategy, channel economics, and campaign execution, including understanding what constitutes high-quality marketing work.
  • • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
