- • Drive a 15% quarterly increase in ARPU for subscription products by optimizing retention, engagement, and perceived user value.
- • Build and iterate retention and engagement loops to extend subscription lifetime and deepen user satisfaction across existing product tiers.
- • Analyze daily user session data to identify friction points, drop-off patterns, and behavioral trends that inform product improvements.
- • Design, build, and maintain Mixpanel dashboards including custom funnels, cohorts, and performance reports to surface actionable insights for the product team.
- • Independently use AI tools (including Claude) to generate functional prototypes, product concepts, and content for rapid testing and production consideration.
- • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from hypothesis generation and experiment design to QA, data analysis, and final decisions to scale or retire changes.
- • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, leading the execution of A/B and multivariate tests with clear success criteria and measurable outcomes.
- • Translate user feedback and quantitative data into high-impact product improvements that enhance perceived value and reduce churn.
- • Deliver only high-quality UX improvements with strong attention to detail, ensuring all shipped features meet rigorous standards for usability and impact.
- • Conduct daily session reviews and behavioral analysis to uncover opportunities for engagement enhancement and retention optimization.
- • Lead stakeholder alignment across engineering, design, and analytics teams to ensure smooth execution of growth initiatives.
- • Maintain data-driven discipline: every decision must be backed by metrics, user behavior, or validated feedback — not assumptions or effort.
- • Operate with full ownership from idea to production, taking accountability for results, timelines, and product outcomes without micromanagement.
- • Continuously iterate on engagement mechanisms, including AI-generated features, to test novel approaches to increasing user value and subscription depth.
- • Ensure all product changes are aligned with subscription lifecycle psychology and value-based growth principles.
- • Communicate performance results and learnings through clear, regular reporting to leadership and cross-functional teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years in product management with proven results in ARPU, retention, or engagement growth
- • Hands-on proficiency with Mixpanel — including building dashboards, funnels, cohorts, and custom reports
- • Active, daily use of AI tools (e.g., Claude) for prototyping, analysis, writing, and problem-solving
- • Deep understanding of subscription user lifecycle, retention psychology, and value-based growth
- • Strong analytical thinking with ability to extract insights from user behavior and product data
- • Ownership mindset: accountable from hypothesis to production with experience in stakeholder management and delivery
