📋 Description

• The Growth Product Specialist role at Ruby Labs focuses on driving ARPU optimization by increasing product value and deepening user engagement within subscription products, directly impacting revenue growth and product success.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing user behavior, building retention and engagement loops, conducting session analysis, maintaining Mixpanel dashboards, using AI tools like Claude for prototyping, executing A/B tests, and owning the full product improvement cycle from hypothesis to production.
• Ruby Labs is a leading tech company creating innovative consumer products across health, education, and entertainment industries, with teams driving the future of consumer-led products and valuing measurable impact over effort.
• In this role, the individual will develop expertise in ARPU growth strategies, retention psychology, AI-powered product development, data-driven experimentation, and end-to-end product ownership, enabling significant career growth through measurable impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in product management with proven results in ARPU, retention, or engagement growth
• Hands-on proficiency with Mixpanel including building boards, funnels, cohorts, and custom reports
• Active use of Claude and other AI tools in daily work for prototyping, analysis, writing, and problem-solving
• Deep understanding of user lifecycle, retention psychology, and value-based growth in subscription models
• Experience designing retention mechanisms and engagement features, including AI-generated product concepts
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to extract insights from product data, user behavior, and feedback
