• • This role is pivotal in revolutionizing Mews Systems' Revenue Operations (RevOps) by replacing manual, repetitive processes with cutting-edge AI-powered automation. As a GTM AI Builder, you will directly impact a $300M+ annual recurring revenue (ARR) commercial engine, driving efficiency and scalability across 40+ markets and a 300+ person go-to-market (GTM) organization. Your work will eliminate inefficiencies in data pulls, approval chases, routing decisions, and enrichment, enabling the GTM team to focus on high-value strategic initiatives.
• • **Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Build, Ship, and Iterate AI Solutions**
• • **End-to-End Ownership**: Independently drive AI and automation initiatives from problem definition to production release and continuous iteration. You will own the full lifecycle of projects, including scoping, development, deployment, and impact measurement, without relying on product management or design teams.
• • **GTM Engineering Platform Development**: Design and build AI-powered modules such as the Pipeline Command Center, Deal Passport, Territory Intelligence, Quote Builder, Manager Lens, Digest Center, and Conversion Intelligence. These tools will replace manual workflows across Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Account Executives (AEs), and RevOps functions, enhancing productivity and decision-making.
• • **AI-Powered Pipeline Automation**: Architect and deploy AI-driven pipelines to automate critical GTM processes, including lead scoring and routing, deal enrichment, account radar (new hotel discovery), onboarding orchestration, forecasting signals, and Gong-driven coaching intelligence. Your solutions will directly reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• • **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with RevOps leadership and GTM stakeholders to identify build priorities, translate operational pain points into technical requirements, and ensure alignment on delivery cadence and outcome metrics. Your ability to communicate complex technical decisions to non-technical audiences will be critical.
• • **Rapid Prototyping and Iteration**: Embrace a culture of agility by prototyping solutions in days and shipping to production in weeks. Focus on continuous improvement rather than perfection, iterating based on real-world feedback to maximize impact.
• • **Leverage Existing Tools and APIs**: Utilize LLM APIs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI), cloud-native integrations, and modern AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Lovable) to solve problems at scale. Avoid reinventing the wheel by leveraging existing infrastructure and frameworks.
• • **Enable Self-Service Capabilities**: Establish reusable patterns, services, and frameworks that empower GTM and RevOps teams to solve adjacent problems independently. Your work will reduce future build time and foster a culture of self-service innovation.
