  • • As a GTM Data Operations Lead, you will be an integral part of Stripe’s GTM Planning & Central Operations team. This team is dedicated to partnering with Sales Leadership, Finance, Product, Local Sales Strategy and Operations, and Data Engineering to architect and implement the operational processes, tools, policies, and data infrastructure essential for bringing our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to life.

  • • In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with GTM leadership and operations to design, build, and manage a robust process for handling account list creation requests. Account lists are a fundamental tool for GTM teams, serving as the engine that feeds the sales funnel and enables targeted sales efforts, ultimately improving overall sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to establish and refine a scalable process for the intake and construction of account lists. This process will empower our GTM teams to execute highly targeted sales campaigns, ensuring that sales efforts are focused on the most promising opportunities.
  • • You will also serve as the program manager for the entire account list creation process, providing crucial support to GTM teams as they engage in targeted sales initiatives. This involves ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to program manage initiatives focused on the creation of new data signals or intelligence. This will require close collaboration with our Data Engineering and GTM teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and oversee the development and implementation of new data capabilities that enhance our understanding of the market and customer base.
  • • You will act as the go-to expert for account data. Your deep understanding of available data attributes will be instrumental in guiding GTM stakeholders on the most effective data points to leverage when constructing their account lists, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • • You will be directly responsible for creating account lists for GTM stakeholders. This involves meticulously translating clear list requirements into actionable lists, drawing upon and integrating insights from multiple, diverse data sets to ensure precision and relevance.
  • • Furthermore, you will partner strategically with our SaaS Platform team. This collaboration is vital for continuously feeding the top of the sales funnel with new, relevant Platform lists, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • • This role demands a proactive individual who can own complex problems from inception to resolution, meticulously investigating root causes and driving execution to ensure successful outcomes.
  • • You will need to excel at navigating and influencing multiple stakeholder groups, effectively communicating insights and escalating critical issues for leadership attention when necessary.
  • • Strong analytical skills and a structured, methodical approach to tackling unique and complex business problems are essential for success in this role.
  • • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment, demonstrating a high degree of adaptability and flexibility, is crucial.
  • • Proficiency in SQL and other advanced analytics tools is a fundamental requirement for manipulating and analyzing the data necessary for this role.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 5 years of experience in Consulting, Sales Operations, Strategy Operations, Business Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Analytics.
  • • Proven ability to own a problem, investigate its root causes, and ensure successful execution.
  • • Demonstrated experience working across multiple stakeholder groups and effectively elevating information for leadership review.
  • • Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to solving complex business problems.
  • • High degree of adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment.
  • • Proficiency in SQL and other advanced analytics tools.
