Your responsibilities will encompass defining key metrics, generating critical insights, and developing analytical frameworks that will directly influence our product development, business operations, and customer transformation strategies. • • You will collaborate closely with leadership, engineering teams, and GTM pods, providing clarity, driving informed decision-making, and constructing the scalable analytical foundations essential for our company's growth. • • Key responsibilities include building and maintaining comprehensive dashboards, defining and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and establishing a company-wide single source of truth for revenue, usage, and customer telemetry data. You will partner intimately with GTM leaders to drive sophisticated segmentation strategies, uncover critical funnel insights, and rigorously measure workflow adoption and Return on Investment (ROI).
• • Ensuring the integrity and quality of our data foundations is paramount. This involves implementing dbt-style modeling, ensuring data consistency, refining instrumentation, and proactively enhancing data pipelines and reporting mechanisms. You will conduct in-depth product and usage analytics, including the design and analysis of experimentation frameworks, to inform product development, optimize user activation and retention, and ensure the success of enterprise-wide rollouts.
• • Furthermore, you will deliver strategic analyses and executive-ready insights to support leadership decision-making, prepare board materials, and inform the development of new revenue initiatives. A crucial aspect of this role involves creating scalable documentation, metric dictionaries, automations, and enablement materials, thereby onboarding teams effectively into Rox's data ecosystem and fostering data literacy across the organization.
