- • As a founding member of Decagon’s GTM Productivity team, the GTM Enablement Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the revenue engine by designing and scaling enablement programs that directly impact seller performance, ramp time, and quota attainment — making this role critical to Decagon’s growth trajectory in the competitive conversational AI market.
- • The person will drive field readiness and performance by building scalable onboarding, ongoing development, and role-specific training initiatives, partnering with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align enablement with product launches and go-to-market strategy, operating a consistent cadence of high-impact sessions, owning enablement infrastructure and analytics, and leading signature events like Sales Kickoff to energize and align the global field team.

- • They will master the art of translating complex product and market insights into actionable training content, leverage conversational AI to personalize learning at scale, and use data-driven insights to continuously iterate on enablement effectiveness — emerging as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders and a catalyst for organizational performance.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in GTM enablement, training, or revenue-focused roles with a strong understanding of enablement best practices and modern SaaS sales motions
- • Proven ability to build and operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with high ownership, accountability, and a scrappy, execution-oriented mindset
- • Strong program and project management skills, coupled with excellent cross-functional collaboration and learning agility across product, technology, and sales teams
