- • As a Client Success Manager II, Segmint Data & Marketing – Onboarding & Adoption, you serve as the primary consultative partner for new and expanding clients onboarding to Alkami’s Segmint Data & Marketing platform, ensuring they achieve rapid time-to-value and self-sufficiency.
- • Day to day, you will lead client kickoff and discovery sessions, coordinate with Implementation and Data Integration teams, deliver tailored training to client stakeholders, monitor product engagement and early health metrics, guide clients through campaign setup, and prepare transition packages for handoff to long-term Strategic CSMs.
