📋 Description

• • As Sr Manager, Medical Information - Rare Disease at Biogen, you will lead the creation of Standard and Non-Standard medical information responses to support global healthcare professionals and patients, ensuring scientific accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• • Day to day, you will respond to unsolicited medical inquiries, develop proactive standard responses for contact centers, train medical and contact center teams on rare disease therapeutics, analyze medical information trends to derive actionable insights, support audit readiness, and represent Medical Information at scientific congresses through booth staffing and cross-functional collaboration.
• • You will join Biogen’s global Medical Information team, a highly specialized unit operating across international regulatory landscapes with deep scientific rigor, where your work directly supports patient access to accurate information about rare disease therapies and strengthens Biogen’s reputation as a trusted scientific partner.
