  • • The Strategic Account Associate (SAA) is an entry-level role in the Strategic Account Management department at Precision Medicine Group, designed to develop professionals into future Strategic Account Managers and Directors by building expertise in client strategy, account growth, and internal collaboration.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include initiating and overseeing Precision AQ activities on behalf of clients, managing client communication on strategy and planning, acting as a client partner by owning accountability for business outcomes, managing client budgets and team efficiency, mentoring and training team members, preparing strategic and tactical plans, supporting client meetings, and staying current on industry developments in science, competitors, and regulations.
  • • Precision Medicine Group is a leader in precision medicine, providing integrated solutions across drug development, commercialization, and real-world evidence, with Precision AQ specializing in medical communications and strategic client partnerships that drive brand and scientific success.
  • • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in medical communications, strategic account management, and client-facing consulting; gain experience in budget management, team leadership, and business development; and build a foundation for advancement into Strategic Account Manager and Director roles with ownership of their own book of business.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD) in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or advanced degree in management, marketing, or business preferred
  • • At least 1 year of account management experience within the medical communications or related industry
  • • PowerPoint design proficiency
  • • Strong strategic and analytical background
  • • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • • Strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
