  • • Design and deploy AI-powered workflows to automate repetitive tasks across BDRs, Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success teams, transforming manual processes into intelligent, scalable systems.
  • • Build AI agents that auto-enrich leads, generate personalized outreach, predict deal outcomes, and flag accounts requiring intervention to increase revenue team productivity.
  • • Create BDR and Sales productivity tools that research accounts, synthesize competitive intelligence, and generate tailored talking points before customer calls, while surfacing deal risks and recommending next steps.
  • • Develop AI-driven marketing and channel intelligence systems, including automated lead scoring, partner routing logic, and performance reporting to optimize campaign attribution and channel effectiveness.
  • • Construct churn prediction models and expansion opportunity identifiers for Customer Success, alongside automated QBR deck generation that pulls real-time account data into polished presentations.
  • • Extend automation capabilities into proactive customer health monitoring and intervention triggers to improve retention and upsell outcomes.
  • • Integrate AI solutions into the revenue tech stack including Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, Outreach, and ZoomInfo, ensuring seamless, production-ready connectivity via APIs and webhooks.
  • • Collaborate with RevOps and Systems teams to ensure AI tools are adopted by end users, scalable, and aligned with existing infrastructure and data governance standards.
  • • Baseline key revenue metrics, measure time savings and ROI from automation initiatives, and communicate impact to non-technical stakeholders through clear data storytelling.
  • • Translate complex business problems in GTM operations into technical solutions that directly improve conversion rates, deal velocity, and customer retention.
  • • Maintain a bias for action in a fast-paced environment, shipping 80/20 solutions that evolve iteratively based on user feedback and performance data.
  • • Communicate technical architecture and functionality effectively to both engineering teams and revenue leadership, facilitating alignment and adoption across departments.
  • • Work within a hybrid model if located within 30 miles of Plano, TX, requiring in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday; remote candidates must be based in approved U.S. states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, LA, MI, MA, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, PA, OR, OH, RI, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-5 years building AI/ML solutions or intelligent automation in a B2B SaaS, fintech, or revenue operations context with shipped production systems used daily by end users
  • • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern AI/ML frameworks; experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), prompt engineering, and building AI agents
  • • Deep familiarity with Salesforce and the modern revenue tech stack (Gong, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo), including API integrations and workflow automation tools (Clay, n8n, Zapier)
  • • Proven understanding of GTM motion — lead flow, deal progression, and customer expansion — with ability to translate business problems into technical solutions that move key metrics
  • • Data-driven mindset with experience baselining processes, tracking time savings, and demonstrating automation ROI
  • • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across engineering, RevOps, and sales leadership
