📋 Description

• Join a fast-growing, AI-native Go-To-Market agency in the DACH region that partners with B2B tech companies to drive qualified pipeline, reduce customer acquisition costs, and build scalable revenue infrastructure.
• The team has grown significantly since 2024 and works with a broad portfolio of B2B SaaS and IT services clients across the region.
• As a GTM Engineer, you will own strategic projects from day one — building automated workflows, integrating AI tooling, and delivering data-driven insights that directly impact client outcomes.
• This is a highly autonomous, hands-on role for someone who thinks in systems and moves fast.
• Design, build, and maintain automated GTM workflows using tools such as n8n and AI models (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT).
• Integrate AI tooling into outreach, lead generation, and performance marketing processes.
• Work with SQL, Python, and BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Snowflake) to collect, transform, and visualize data that drives strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain reporting infrastructure — including CRM dashboards and campaign ROI tracking.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and design clean, maintainable technical solutions.
• Collaborate across marketing, sales, and client teams to implement multichannel GTM strategies.
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects and drive them forward independently.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in GTM operations, growth, or data analytics.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, Make, Clay) and integrating AI tooling into GTM processes.
• Strong data skills: comfortable with SQL, Python, and BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Snowflake).
• AI-native mindset — you actively leverage AI tools to accelerate your work and are curious about their GTM applications.
• Systems thinker: you spot inefficiencies before they become problems and design solutions built to last.
• German proficiency at C2 or native speaker level (dealbreaker).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken, professional level).
• Based in Berlin, Germany, or willing to relocate.
