Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Own the transition of Arcade users from self-serve to enterprise customers by designing and executing the commercial motion that scales customer expansion.
  • • Write and iterate on scalable playbooks that define how Arcade is sold, expanded upon, and narrated to enterprise buyers across different industries and use cases.
  • • Partner with Marketing and RevOps to design, launch, and measure outbound and expansion experiments that identify high-intent accounts and optimize conversion paths.
  • • Analyze product usage data and revenue signals to determine which accounts are ready for enterprise conversations and which require further nurturing, ensuring precise timing and targeting.
  • • Work directly with enterprise prospects and customers to coach them on leveraging Arcade’s full capabilities—including demos, video, and content—to craft compelling product stories that align with their business outcomes.
  • • Lead pricing and packaging discussions for high-value opportunities, anchoring proposals in customer-validated outcomes rather than generic feature lists.
  • • Serve as the bridge between customers and product teams, collecting and synthesizing real-world feedback to inform product roadmap priorities and feature enhancements.
  • • Build systems and processes that transform ad-hoc customer success tactics into repeatable, measurable, and scalable commercial engines.
  • • Maintain Salesforce hygiene with accurate pipeline tracking, forecast precision, and clear stage governance to ensure reliable revenue visibility.
  • • Leverage data fluency to prioritize accounts based on behavioral signals, engagement patterns, and revenue potential, moving beyond intuition to data-driven decision-making.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams with urgency and clarity, ensuring alignment on customer goals and company objectives.
  • • Demonstrate storytelling ability by transforming ambiguous customer challenges into coherent, persuasive narratives that highlight the value of Arcade’s platform.
  • • Continuously test and refine assumptions about customer behavior, buying triggers, and expansion thresholds through iterative experimentation and rapid feedback loops.
  • • Ship tangible outputs—whether playbooks, campaigns, or internal tools—that operationalize the GTM strategy and reduce reliance on individual effort.
  • • Maintain a builder’s mindset: proactively identifying gaps in the commercial process and creating solutions before being asked, iterating based on what breaks or succeeds.
  • • Represent Arcade externally and internally as a thought leader in product-led growth, enterprise adoption, and narrative-driven selling.
  • • Participate in biannual company retreats and contribute to building a team culture grounded in diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety.
  • • Utilize tools including Notion, Linear, and Superhuman to manage workflows, track initiatives, and maintain communication efficiency across distributed teams.
  • • Operate in a meeting-light environment that prioritizes deep work, autonomy, and outcome-oriented results over process overhead.

  • • 3 to 5+ years in a customer-facing commercial role with closing or expansion experience, including roles such as SE, CS, Account Management, PMM, agency strategist, or founder-led sales
  • • Experience at a fast-growing startup through an early-scale phase (10 to 100+ employees, $1M to $20M+ ARR)
  • • Familiarity with product-led growth and the journey from self-serve users to enterprise buyers
  • • Builder’s instinct: ability to create, ship, and iterate on playbooks and systems without waiting for direction
  • • Data fluency: use of product usage signals and revenue data to prioritize accounts and guide commercial decisions
  • • Salesforce hygiene, accurate forecasting, and pipeline management discipline
