- • As a GTM Engineer at Siftstack Inc., you will serve as the technical backbone of the go-to-market team, building AI and automation infrastructure that powers how the company finds, engages, and converts customers—turning strategic ideas into production systems without adding headcount.
- • You will architect and maintain AI-powered GTM systems including outreach signal pipelines, competitive intelligence, sales enablement tools, inbound automation, and vector database infrastructure, writing production Python code, managing GitHub repositories, and documenting workflows for team scalability.
- • You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, ops, and leadership to translate ambiguous ideas into reliable systems, improve pipeline performance, monitor failures, and drive the AI roadmap by prioritizing what to build next based on real-world impact.
- • You will own the knowledge infrastructure by designing and maintaining the vector database that stores institutional knowledge as embeddings, defining chunking strategies, embedding models, and retrieval logic to ensure accurate and fast AI outputs in GTM workflows.
- • You will work in a hybrid environment at Siftstack’s Marina del Rey headquarters, collaborating in person twice weekly and participating in bi-monthly full-week gatherings, contributing to a mission-driven team with SpaceX, Google, and Palantir roots focused on precision and scalability in mission-critical systems.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proficiency in Python for building, debugging, and owning production scripts, APIs, and data pipelines in a GitHub-based workflow.
- • Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector) including embedding models, chunking strategies, retrieval quality evaluation, and RAG pipeline maintenance.
- • Proven track record of shipping real automation systems with inputs, outputs, failure handling, and real users—not just configuring no-code tools like Zapier.
- • Experience building AI workflows in production, including prompt engineering, API integration, output validation, and understanding where AI adds value versus where it fails.
- • Familiarity with GTM operations: understanding BDR workflows, sales cycle friction, and sales enablement effectiveness, ideally from prior work near marketing or revenue teams.
- • Ability to work independently from vague ideas to working prototypes, ask clarifying questions, fill gaps, and ship without relying on specs or dedicated engineering support.
