- • As a GTM Engineer at Perk.com Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our go-to-market strategy, specifically within the North American (NAM) region. This is a hands-on technical and operational position focused on empowering our sales teams through robust system support, data integrity, and process automation. You will be instrumental in building a modern, scalable outbound and pipeline generation engine, working in close partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless operation of our Go-To-Market (GTM) systems and workflows during core NAM business hours. This includes supporting, configuring, and maintaining critical tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and Clay. By ensuring reliable system performance, you will directly contribute to high-volume outbound activities and the generation of a robust sales pipeline.
- • Data quality and enrichment are paramount to sales efficiency. You will be tasked with maintaining accurate and complete account and contact data across our Salesforce CRM and all connected GTM tools. This involves supporting data sourcing, enrichment, and hygiene workflows, ensuring our sales teams have the precise information they need to operate at peak efficiency and engage effectively with prospects.
- • A key aspect of this role is enhancing sales productivity and automation. You will partner directly with NAM Sales teams to help them achieve aggressive productivity targets. This includes optimizing high-volume dialing capabilities and refining automated outbound campaigns. Your ability to rapidly troubleshoot system or workflow issues will be crucial in preventing lost selling time and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- • You will provide essential on-the-ground systems support for the NAM region, resolving issues promptly without the need to wait for support from our Europe-based teams. This local execution capability will enable faster iteration of GTM processes, allowing us to adapt quickly to market dynamics while maintaining alignment with global standards and strategic objectives.
- • As the primary NAM contact for Revenue Systems and GTM Engineering support, you will foster strong cross-functional collaboration. You will coordinate closely with central GTM Engineering and Revenue Operations teams to share learnings, implement improvements, and propagate best practices across the entire organization, ensuring a unified and effective GTM approach.
- • You will actively contribute to the execution of the Revenue Systems and GTM Engineering roadmap. By providing NAM-specific feedback, insights, and on-the-ground observations, you will help inform prioritization, drive operational improvements, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our GTM systems and strategies.
