- • Own the product roadmap for AI-powered GTM systems that enhance lead capture, prioritization, routing, attribution, sales productivity, data movement, and revenue workflows.
- • Build and scale internal products and external workflows that enable the GTM organization to operate with greater speed, intelligence, and operational excellence.
- • Deeply understand pain points of GTM teams and customers to identify opportunities where AI systems can accelerate buying and adoption of OpenAI’s technology.
- • Translate GTM strategy and operational needs into clear product requirements, PRDs, success metrics, and engineering priorities.
- • Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, data teams, designers, vendors, systems owners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable product capabilities.
- • Improve the data foundations of GTM systems by enhancing entity resolution, enrichment, scoring, and data movement across platforms.
- • Define and drive the vision for a portfolio of AI-driven GTM tools focused on pipeline generation, seller productivity, account prioritization, and GTM execution.
- • Use experimentation, metrics, and customer feedback to measure impact on pipeline quality, conversion rates, sales efficiency, and revenue execution.
- • Drive adoption and change management for new GTM capabilities across distributed, global teams.
- • Collaborate closely with GTM leaders, operators, and data scientists to turn ambiguous business problems into reliable, high-impact AI systems.
- • Ensure AI-powered tools are designed to transcend geographic, economic, and platform barriers, making OpenAI’s technology universally accessible.
- • Work within a hybrid model requiring 3 days per week in the San Francisco office, with occasional travel for team alignment and stakeholder engagement.
- • Leverage modern GTM systems including Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, lead-to-quote tools, enrichment services, routing engines, attribution models, billing systems, and customer lifecycle platforms to inform product decisions.
- • Shape, test, and iterate on product strategies quickly in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where initial assumptions are validated and refined through data.
- • Communicate strategic direction and product progress effectively to executives and cross-functional leaders to secure alignment and resources.
- • Use data to prioritize investments, run A/B tests, and quantify the impact of product initiatives on revenue and operational efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of product management experience in agentic systems, GTM systems, enterprise SaaS, revenue technology, or AI workflow products
- • Strong fluency in modern GTM systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation, lead-to-quote, enrichment, routing, attribution, billing, or customer lifecycle tools
- • Proven ability to drive strategic alignment and communicate effectively with executives and cross-functional teams
- • High analytical rigor with experience defining KPIs, running experiments, and using data to prioritize product investments
- • Comfort thriving in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where strategies must be rapidly shaped, tested, and improved
- • Experience building AI-powered products that improve sales productivity, pipeline generation, or GTM execution
