Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Support enterprise-level deals end-to-end, including discovery prep, demo follow-up, account research, security review coordination, contract logistics, and next-step orchestration across active opportunities with buying committees and procurement teams.
- • Build and operate a modern GTM machine powered by AI tools, including Clay enrichment, signal-based outbound campaigns, deal intelligence systems, AI-drafted follow-ups, and automated pre-qualification agents — running a one-person operation that delivers team-scale impact.
- • Own and manage a pipeline of 30–50 active opportunities, ensuring CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and detailed account planning without external support.
- • Execute outbound campaigns through targeted sequences, curated account lists, and ABM-light motions, writing cold emails and follow-ups that drive engagement without relying on marketing teams.
- • Document all processes into a scalable playbook: defining discovery questions, objection handling frameworks, demo flows, and ideal customer profile (ICP) criteria to enable future ownership of the GTM function.
- • Work directly alongside the CEO and Head of Talent & Product Strategy on every active deal, serving as a force multiplier for the founding team by accelerating deal velocity and reducing operational friction.
- • Leverage AI tools daily to replace manual tasks with automated workflows, chaining applications to save hours and increase output — maintaining a personal stack that evolves with emerging AI capabilities.
- • Operate with limited resources and a startup budget, consistently achieving outsized results through creative problem-solving, identifying overlooked angles, and prioritizing high-leverage activities.
- • Maintain clear, persuasive written communication across all customer-facing materials, including cold emails, follow-ups, and internal documentation, ensuring messaging drives action without external copywriting support.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving buyer behaviors and sales dynamics in AI-driven vertical SaaS environments, drawing from firsthand experience in early-stage scaling phases.
- • Contribute to the development of a repeatable, measurable GTM system that transitions from founder-led to team-operated, laying the foundation for future leadership of the function.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience inside an AI or vertical SaaS company during its transition from early traction to scale
- • Proven experience working on enterprise deals in roles such as SDR, BDR, AE, solutions, customer success, or chief of staff, with exposure to security reviews and procurement processes
- • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- • Genuine proficiency with AI tools: ability to build agents, chain tools, automate workflows, and consistently replace hours of manual work with AI-driven solutions
- • Demonstrated ability to write compelling cold emails and customer-facing communications that drive engagement without marketing support
- • Pirate-like mindset: resourceful, results-driven, and adept at achieving outsized outcomes with minimal budget and team
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive Bay Area pre-seed compensation package
- • Meaningful founding equity
- • Health, dental, and vision allowance
- • Hybrid work modality with preference for Bay Area, CA location
