📋 Description

• • The GTM Onboarding Manager at Fleetio designs and runs a virtual-first, tech-forward onboarding program for the Go-To-Market organization, focusing on Sales and Client Experience teams to accelerate ramp time and build role confidence through structured learning, practice, and manager coaching.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning 30/60/90 onboarding journeys for GTM roles, creating role-based readiness gates with graduation standards, partnering with Sales and CX leaders to define success metrics, designing onboarding for early-career learners, facilitating live and on-demand sessions, building reusable learning assets, and scaling programs through AI and automation.
• • Fleetio is a modern fleet management software platform that helps thousands of organizations worldwide manage fleet operations, recently raised $450M in Series D funding, and is a founding member of the Rails Foundation, with a remote-first culture since 2012 and a focus on innovation and inclusion.
• • The person in this role will learn to scale enablement using AI and automation, measure onboarding impact on business outcomes like pipeline and adoption, iterate programs using data and feedback, and develop expertise in GTM enablement while contributing to a high-growth SaaS company with strong engineering roots.
