📋 Description

• As the first GTM Operations Engineer at Tali AI, you will own the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, architecting an AI-first revenue supply chain that turns strategy into executable systems with precision and velocity.
• Day to day, you will build and maintain unified data architecture in Clay, HubSpot, Zapier, and BigQuery; design automated data hygiene and validation rules; create multi-touch attribution models and real-time dashboards; develop account scoring and enrichment workflows; automate outbound sequencing and lead routing; and integrate call intelligence and product usage signals to surface expansion opportunities and churn risks.
• You will join a mission-driven team transforming healthcare by reducing clinician administrative burden through an AI-powered medical assistant, serving thousands of clinicians across Canada and the US and saving them over 10 hours per week to focus on patient care.
• In this role, you will gain deep expertise in GTM systems engineering, AI-driven automation, revenue operations, and healthcare SaaS go-to-market strategy, with the opportunity to build scalable systems from the ground up that directly impact ARR, NRR, and rep efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in GTM Ops, Rev Ops, Sales Ops, or a closely related technical role at a B2B SaaS company
• Expert-level HubSpot skills including complex workflows, data models, and lifecycle logic
• Deep Clay experience with multi-step enrichment workflows, Claygent AI research agents, and operationalizing data pipelines at scale
• Hands-on experience with Zapier for workflow automation across the GTM stack
• Comfort writing code or scripts (Python, JavaScript, or SQL) to automate and integrate systems
• Data-first mindset with ability to think in CAC, conversion rates, velocity, and attribution
