• • The Senior Program Manager at Prime Therapeutics leads and executes core programs, serving as the interoperability program manager and API lead while supporting the business execution data team, driving enterprise-wide alignment on CMS-mandated interoperability requirements and ensuring organizational compliance.
• • Day to day, the role involves developing and executing operational plans for programs across market segments, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and on-budget implementation, conducting analysis, designing solutions, monitoring performance against metrics, managing products/programs, implementing tools/enhancements, and developing business cases for new program opportunities and performance targets.
