• • The Senior Analyst, Revenue Tools role at AlphaSense is critical to ensuring the Revenue Organization operates efficiently by managing and optimizing the tools used by account executives, account managers, and sales development reps. This role directly impacts productivity and revenue performance by enabling seamless tool adoption and process improvements.
• • Day to day, the person will administer, configure, and maintain key revenue tools; serve as the primary point of contact for RevOps and business users for tool support; monitor vendor updates and coordinate feature implementations; oversee licensing needs and utilization; develop and maintain technical documentation; assist in project management for revenue tool initiatives; and support procurement activities including vendor evaluation and contract data gathering.
• • The Revenue Operations team at AlphaSense drives productivity and efficiency for the sales organization through operational reporting, analytics, process improvements, and strategic initiatives. The team consists of highly driven self-starters passionate about operations in a fast-paced, challenging environment, working closely with RevOps and business users to enable revenue growth.
• • In this role, the person will deepen their expertise in sales technology platforms, tooling best practices, and revenue operations; gain experience in project management and vendor coordination; develop strong documentation and training skills; and contribute to strategic technology initiatives that scale across a global revenue organization of over 2,000 employees.
