📋 Description

• • As a Technical and Product Enablement Specialist at GC AI, you will own the systems, tools, and reporting infrastructure that power the Customer Success and Support teams, enabling data-driven decisions and scalable operations in a high-growth legal AI platform.
• • Day to day, you will own the Customer Success stack from tool selection to configuration and optimization, build the data layer that drives customer health scores and performance metrics, define meaningful KPIs in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Solutions leadership, use AI to vibe-code internal tools and automate workflows, and ship fast to keep pace with the company’s rapid growth from $1M to $10M+ ARR in under a year.
