- • As Head of Onboarding, East at Vendpark Inc., you will own the end-to-end onboarding function that transforms signed property deals into live, revenue-generating operations, serving as the critical bridge between Sales, Operations, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless client transitions.
- • You will manage multiple concurrent property launches across East Coast markets, overseeing the full lifecycle from sales handoff through kickoff, configuration, go-live, and handoff to Account Management while maintaining on-time, on-budget delivery and high client satisfaction.
- • You will act as the central quarterback across cross-functional teams, defining and enforcing SLAs for transitions, resolving feature gaps with Product & Engineering, coordinating staffing and on-site execution with Operations, and ensuring handoff quality from Sales.
- • You will design scalable onboarding playbooks, checklists, and workflows to eliminate bottlenecks in data collection, signage, and tenant communications, while improving throughput and quality simultaneously across dozens of concurrent launches.
- • You will oversee configuration of rates, passes, validations, billing structures, data uploads, system setup, and third-party integrations (marketplaces, payments), ensuring accuracy and completeness before every go-live.
- • You will hire and manage onboarding coordinators as volume grows, delegating execution-heavy tasks while retaining ownership of outcomes and client experience, building a scalable team to support company growth.
- • You will build trusted relationships with property managers, asset managers, and tenant stakeholders, leading onboarding calls, managing expectations, navigating pushback, and owning escalations for complex or high-visibility clients.
- • You will drive predictable, repeatable, low-friction go-lives for 8–12+ concurrent onboardings without quality degradation, positioning onboarding as a competitive advantage rather than a bottleneck.
- • You will operate with high ownership, speed, and bias toward action in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, thriving on turning chaos into scalable systems across real-world infrastructure.
- • You will travel up to 30% of the time to support on-site implementations and stakeholder engagement across the East Coast region.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–8+ years of experience in operations, client-facing roles, or project management with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder engagements end-to-end.
- • Demonstrated success in building scalable processes from zero to one, including designing playbooks, workflows, and systems that improve throughput and quality.
- • Experience in finance (banking), consulting, or high-growth startup operations is strongly preferred; background in real estate, parking, or physical operations is a plus.
- • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, timelines, and stakeholders without dropping details.
- • High judgment and comfort navigating ambiguity, tradeoffs, and client-specific edge cases, knowing when to standardize versus customize.
- • Client-facing expertise with high EQ, including managing expectations, pushing back when necessary, and building trust with difficult stakeholders.
- • Data-driven mindset with ability to work with messy data, recognize patterns, forecast capacity, and drive process improvement.
- • Scrappy, owner-mindset approach — taking initiative and thriving in fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environments.
- • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time for on-site client engagements.
