- • The Enterprise Operations Analyst at Henry Schein, Inc. plays a critical role in supporting sales management through operational excellence, including leading competitive reviews, RFPs, profit analysis, and process improvement initiatives that drive cost savings and business efficiency.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing financial models and savings reports, coordinating with legal and internal teams on RFPs and agreements, maintaining operational policies and procedures, managing enterprise profit models, tracking business metrics and SLAs, and presenting findings to management to support data-driven decision-making.
- • The role operates within Henry Schein’s Enterprise Operations team, a remote-first U.S.-based group focused on optimizing sales operations, supporting large customer contracts, and enabling cross-functional collaboration between sales, finance, and manufacturing partners.
- • The analyst will develop advanced analytical and project leadership skills, gain exposure to financial modeling and process improvement methodologies, mentor junior team members, and contribute directly to profitability and operational best practices across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record for leading projects
- • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPS and Pivot tables)
- • Ability to effectively communicate with sales force and upper management
- • Basic business math and analytical skills
- • Experience with Microstrategy Data Warehouse or Salesforce (preferred)
- • Bachelor’s Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
