- • Lead and manage a team of around 10 analysts in the Content Operations team focused on M&A transactions data, ensuring efficient and effective execution of content sourcing, curation, and ingestion processes.
- • Supervise day-to-day team activities, set performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback, conduct performance reviews, and serve as a point of escalation for complex issues.
- • Collaborate with operations managers, product managers, and stakeholders to align team goals with company objectives, particularly in support of AlphaSense’s mission to deliver trusted AI-driven market intelligence following the Tegus acquisition.
- • Contribute to expanding AlphaSense’s financial data offering by identifying, sourcing, and curating new content, configuring automated ingestion, and monitoring content quality to support enterprise clients including a majority of the S&P 500.
- • Foster a high-performing, collaborative work environment through strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and results-oriented decision-making in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

- • Expert knowledge and understanding of sourcing, curating, and supporting M&A transactions data
- • Proven experience in a leadership role (minimum 2 years)
- • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to inspire and motivate a team
- • Sound knowledge of team dynamics, performance management, and employee development
- • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a results-oriented mindset
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
- • Proficiency in Google Suite
- • Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic record
