  • • As the GTM Programs Lead at Ambience Healthcare, you will serve as the architect of the company's top-of-funnel engine, responsible for building the infrastructure, intelligence, and plays that convert cold accounts into active pipeline across a concentrated universe of ~200 Epic health systems, AMCs, and large IDNs.
  • • You will build and maintain a living, prioritized map of all 200 ICP accounts in HubSpot, tracking tier, buyer contacts, Epic implementation status, relationships, touchpoints, and signal status to ensure no high-priority account goes dark.
  • • You will generate and surface actionable signals at scale—such as leadership transitions, Epic go-lives, financial stress, peer deals, research, and event attendance—using AI agents to automate monitoring and deliver weekly signal digest with recommended plays to the sales team.
  • • You will design and own structured outbound plays for each signal and account tier, defining the angle, initiator, ask, sequence, and handoff point, then continuously refine the playbook based on conversion data.
  • • You will operationalize executive mobilization by building systems to proactively place leaders like Nikhil and Mike in front of the right buyers at the right time, using Tier 1 briefing templates and tracking engagement in HubSpot to ensure timely, meaningful outreach.
  • • You will own end-to-end event audience acquisition for conferences like Becker’s, CHIME, HFMA, and regional dinners—identifying who should attend, driving outreach, providing pre-event briefings, and ensuring 48-hour post-event follow-up by the ADR team.
  • • You will work closely with SGEs and ADRs to build practical, field-tested tools that improve their outreach effectiveness, earning trust by reducing friction and increasing conversion—not by adding bureaucratic process.
  • • You will operate in a high-ownership, high-trust culture where extreme ownership, candor, and deep thought are valued, and where your work directly contributes to restoring clinician focus and improving health system ROI through AI-powered clinical documentation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–8 years of experience in demand generation, GTM operations, sales development, or outbound-focused commercial roles at a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
  • • Proven experience building and deploying AI agents or automated workflows for GTM use cases (e.g., signal monitoring, account enrichment, outbound personalization, CRM automation) using tools like Clay, n8n, Zapier, or Gumloop without engineering dependency.
  • • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, including configuring sequences, building workflows, designing lead scoring logic, and collaborating with RevOps on attribution.
  • • Demonstrated ability to think in structured plays—not campaigns—with clear entry criteria, execution steps, success metrics, and a track record of iterating based on conversion data.
  • • Field-oriented mindset: proven ability to build tools and processes that front-line sales teams actually use and trust to improve their performance.
