- • As the GTM Readiness Lead, Product & Platform at Wiz Inc., you will serve as the critical bridge between product teams and non-technical go-to-market (GTM) functions, ensuring new product releases are translated into compelling business narratives that drive sales effectiveness and customer value.
- • Day to day, you will design and execute the global New Product Introduction (NPI) framework, partner with Product and Product Marketing to translate technical features into seller-ready content, create sales playbooks and discovery guides, track field adoption, and build targeted enablement interventions to improve product attachment rates.
- • You will join Wiz, the fastest-growing software company ever, trusted by over 50% of the Fortune 100 to secure over 230 billion files daily, operating with a mission-driven culture that values creativity, impact, and world-class talent across 20+ countries.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in GTM enablement within cybersecurity and cloud, master value-based messaging frameworks like MEDDPICC, build a portfolio of high-impact sales assets, and directly influence how Wiz’s platform story is communicated to drive revenue and customer success.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in GTM Enablement, Product Marketing, and/or Sales within the Cybersecurity or Cloud industry
- • Proven ability to translate technical product features into clear business value propositions for non-technical audiences
- • Hands-on experience creating sales enablement content such as playbooks, decks, talk tracks, and objection handling scripts
- • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional launches and managing complex calendars
- • Familiarity with value-based selling frameworks and MEDDPICC methodology
