📋 Description

• As a GTM Recruiter at Metaview AI Limited, you will partner directly with GTM leadership to build a world-class commercial organization by owning the full recruiting lifecycle for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing roles, while refining hiring systems and processes to scale the company’s growth engine.
• Day to day, you will source, outreach, screen, interview, and close candidates for GTM positions; collaborate with founders and leaders to define hiring needs; develop expertise in GTM talent markets; and use data to surface pipeline realities and inform strategic hiring decisions.
• Metaview is an AI-driven recruiting company backed by Google Ventures, growing 5x YoY, serving elite clients like Brex, Affirm, and Deel, and operating with a core principle of velocity — optimizing for learning, doing great work, and communicating with full context.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in GTM talent acquisition, sharpen your ability to assess exceptional talent, build high-impact hiring systems, and grow alongside a mission-driven team redefining how work gets done with AI at the core.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting at a fast-paced, high-growth B2B startup, with experience hiring for GTM roles desirable
• Skilled assessor with a high bar for talent, able to evaluate intangibles and sell opportunities effectively
• Proven ability to build or leverage a network to attract top GTM talent, understanding where top operators are and what motivates them
• AI-native mindset — already using AI tools to move faster and hire better, without waiting for permission or playbooks
• Comfortable partnering directly with founders and GTM leaders, capable of pushing back, maintaining hiring standards, and earning trust through candor
