- • As a GTM/Revenue Operations Engineer at Viktor, you will own the revenue stack end-to-end, building the systems that power go-to-market operations by instrumenting the sales funnel, wiring together CRM, billing, product usage, and attribution data into a single source of truth that leadership trusts.
- • Your day-to-day work will involve designing and shipping automations and data pipelines in Python, TypeScript, and SQL to replace manual GTM tasks — such as lead scoring, account prioritization, churn detection, and alerting — while creating dashboards for MRR, NRR, CAC, payback, and cohort retention that drive real business decisions.
- • You will join a tiny, high-trust, fast-moving team at a Series A-backed startup where you’ll have direct access to the CRO and founders, define the role and systems from scratch, and see your impact reflected in weekly revenue metrics — with no alignment meetings or committee bottlenecks.
- • In this role, you’ll gain deep ownership of business outcomes, sharpen your full-stack engineering skills in a real-world revenue context, and become Viktor’s internal power user, feeding insights back to product while shaping how the company scales its go-to-market engine.

- • Strong engineering fundamentals with production-quality Python, TypeScript, and SQL — able to ship code independently without hand-holding.

- • Comfort working with data: writing SQL, interacting with APIs, understanding data schemas, and gluing disparate systems together into cohesive workflows.
