- • As a Talent Sourcer on the Talent Acquisition team, you will help scale Ambient.ai’s GTM (Go-to-Market) and G&A (General and Administrative) organizations by identifying and engaging top-tier talent across technical and commercial functions.
- • You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to understand role requirements, develop strategic sourcing plans, and build strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and online communities.
- • You will communicate compelling narratives about Ambient.ai’s mission and product vision, maintain talent pools for high-priority roles, and provide weekly updates on sourcing progress and market insights to stakeholders.
- • You will work in a hybrid environment at the Redwood City office three days a week, contributing to a mission-driven company that uses AI to prevent security incidents and serves Fortune 500 clients like Adobe, TikTok, and Gap.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience with exposure to both technical and GTM (Go-to-Market) roles
- • Strong understanding of technical functions (e.g., software engineering, product management) and commercial roles (e.g., sales, marketing, customer success)
- • Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and CRM best practices
- • Exceptional communication skills for writing compelling outreach and engaging candidates across disciplines
- • Highly organized and adaptable, able to context-switch between technical and non-technical roles
- • Proactive, self-driven, and excited to work in a fast-paced, high-impact startup environment
- • Passion for building diverse, high-performing teams and contributing to a talent-first culture
