- • The Senior Clinical Data Manager at Precision Medicine Group leads and manages all aspects of clinical trial data management from study start-up to post-database lock, ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery for assigned projects in the Asia Pacific region.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary data management contact, overseeing data entry processes and quality control, developing CRF specifications and clinical databases, conducting UAT and edit check specifications, managing data management documentation, training personnel on EDC systems, performing medical coding and SAE/AE reconciliation, coordinating with third-party vendors, and supporting cross-functional initiatives including protocol and SAP reviews.
- • Precision Medicine Group is a specialized CRO that integrates clinical trial execution with scientific expertise, laboratory capabilities, and advanced data sciences to accelerate the development of life-changing therapies, with a growing presence in the Asia Pacific market.
- • In this role, the individual will develop leadership and technical expertise in global clinical data management, gain experience with industry-standard systems like Medidata Rave and Veeva, contribute to therapeutic areas such as oncology and orphan drugs, and influence process improvements through SOP development and vendor management.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- • 8+ years of experience in clinical data management or related clinical research functions
- • Proficiency in English, both written and oral, with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- • Hands-on experience with clinical database management systems, particularly Medidata Rave and Veeva
- • Strong leadership abilities, including training team members, overseeing data quality, and providing guidance to cross-functional teams
