📋 Description

• • The GTM Strategic Planning Analyst role at OpenAI is critical to aligning financial goals with go-to-market execution, ensuring the company scales effectively by translating strategic objectives into actionable plans for Sales and Technical Success teams.
• • Day to day, the analyst will partner with Strategic Finance and GTM Leadership to build regional and segment-level targets, develop investment and resourcing plans, own performance and productivity analyses, translate top-down plans into individual field targets, support bi-annual planning cycles, and develop data-driven recommendations for GTM strategy including segmentation and org design.
• • The role sits within Revenue Operations on the Strategic Planning team, which bridges Strategic Finance and GTM Leadership to own target setting, capacity planning, investment strategy, and org design, enabling data-backed, strategically aligned plans that support business scale.
• • In this role, the person will develop deep expertise in GTM strategy, financial modeling, and cross-functional leadership, gaining the ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape OpenAI’s revenue operations at a strategic level while contributing to the mission of building safe AGI that benefits humanity.
