📋 Description

• Partner with EMEA sales leadership to define and drive strategic GTM initiatives, establishing operational and strategic foundations for the region’s growth.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders by shaping go-to-market strategy, refining processes, and optimizing execution across sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
• Implement and scale Rhythm of the Business cadences and operational frameworks to enable structured, repeatable growth across EMEA.
• Independently identify, define, and lead high-priority GTM initiatives that resolve complex, cross-functional challenges with high business impact.
• Diagnose and remove operational bottlenecks throughout the customer journey by optimizing the deployment of specialized GTM resources and expertise.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Finance, and Product teams to align on metrics, priorities, and execution.
• Drive data-informed decision-making by translating business needs into actionable operational insights without direct people management responsibility.
• Act with decisiveness and simplicity, prioritizing clear judgment over perfect information to accelerate progress in ambiguous or undefined areas.
• Maintain ownership of projects end-to-end, from conception through execution and iteration, operating as a senior individual contributor.
• Contribute to building scalable GTM infrastructure that supports rapid expansion across EMEA while upholding Harvey’s core values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job’s Not Finished.
• Work closely with global Revenue Operations teams to ensure alignment on standards, tools, and reporting while adapting strategies to regional market dynamics.
• Continuously evaluate and improve GTM efficiency by identifying underutilized resources, misaligned incentives, or process redundancies.
• Translate business objectives into operational plans that enhance forecasting accuracy, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates across EMEA markets.
• Maintain deep alignment with customer needs by staying close to field feedback and integrating insights into strategic and operational adjustments.
• Support the scaling of Harvey’s enterprise-grade AI platform by ensuring GTM operations are structured to meet the demands of a rapidly growing customer base in 60+ countries.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy & Operations, Consulting, or Professional Services
• Demonstrated ability to be an effective business partner, influencing without direct authority and navigating diverse working styles
• Experience operating autonomously as a senior individual contributor, owning projects end-to-end without people management responsibilities
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with proven success working across sales, marketing, finance, and product teams
• Background in high-tech growth environments, with exposure to investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategy/management consulting
• Proven track record of identifying and removing operational bottlenecks in GTM processes
