We leverage a powerful combination of seasoned operators and purpose-built AI to manage the entire lifecycle of a case, from initial intake and claim opening to medical record retrieval, police report acquisition, lien management, demand letter preparation, and all subsequent steps.
  • • We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic GTM Strategy & Ops professional to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in designing, scaling, and optimizing the critical systems that underpin our rapid growth. You will operate at the nexus of revenue generation, product development, and overarching business strategy, tackling some of the most pressing questions facing Finch: identifying new avenues for expansion, defining strategies to achieve market leadership, and accelerating our path to success.
  • • In this capacity, you will collaborate directly with the CEO, the Sales leadership, and the Product team. Your primary focus will be translating strategic insights into tangible execution, driving initiatives that refine Finch's go-to-market motion, boost revenue acceleration, and cultivate deeper relationships with our most significant clients. This position is ideally suited for an individual who excels at solving complex, multifaceted problems, possesses a deep desire to engage closely with customers, and seeks an unparalleled opportunity to witness and contribute to the scaling of a generational company from its core.
  • • Key responsibilities will include owning high-impact strategic projects. These could range from orchestrating new product launches and developing innovative pricing strategies to designing and executing GTM experiments aimed at unlocking entirely new market segments. You will work hand-in-hand with our sales leader and engage directly with our largest and most valued customers. This engagement will be crucial for uncovering untapped revenue opportunities, influencing product roadmap development, and translating customer feedback and market observations into actionable strategic initiatives.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve designing and optimizing Finch's core growth engine. This entails meticulously aligning people, processes, and data infrastructure to ensure predictable revenue generation and the establishment of scalable operational frameworks. You will be instrumental in building the foundational systems that support our growth narrative, including developing key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards, refining core business metrics, and establishing robust feedback loops that render our growth trajectory measurable and repeatable.
  • • Cross-functional partnership will be essential. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless alignment between strategy and execution. Your efforts will help guarantee that every department is working cohesively towards shared, ambitious outcomes. A critical skill will be your ability to translate complex, ambiguous challenges into clear, concise, and actionable plans that deliver measurable impact swiftly.
  • • Furthermore, you will contribute to shaping Finch's overarching GTM narrative. This involves defining how we position our offerings, establish competitive pricing, and ultimately win market share as we transition from achieving product-market fit to establishing category leadership. The role demands a strong execution orientation; you will not merely conceptualize ideas but will be responsible for their implementation, rigorous measurement, and the scaling of successful initiatives.
