  • • Run and maintain the regional revenue stack including HubSpot, Clay, Gong, outbound platforms, enrichment tools, and CPQ/CLM systems for Europe and South Africa markets.
  • • Configure and manage pipelines, lifecycle stages, routing rules, and workflows within global guardrails to ensure regional alignment and system stability.
  • • Serve as the primary in-timezone point of contact for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance teams on all system-related issues, resolving them quickly and accurately.
  • • Support MarOps initiatives by backing up field marketing on automation and systems work, ensuring clean data flow and seamless handoffs between Marketing and Sales.
  • • Identify and automate recurring manual tasks using AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Claude, Claude Code), prioritizing reduction of repetitive work over speed of execution.
  • • Maintain high data integrity in CRM systems, particularly in forecast fields including close dates, stage accuracy, and deal amounts critical to leadership and Finance reporting.
  • • Enforce governance standards for lifecycle rules, territory logic, and field standards without becoming a bottleneck, establishing structured request intake processes for the region.
  • • Document system configurations, changes, and decisions clearly, providing advance notice to stakeholders before any operational changes are implemented.
  • • Collaborate with Global RevOps and GTM Engineering to surface regional successes for global adoption and escalate systemic issues for centralized resolution rather than local patches.
  • • Ensure all system configurations directly support commercial outcomes by validating that changes improve pipeline movement and revenue velocity.
  • • Triage system failures under pressure—such as broken workflows before QBRs—with calm, decisive action to stabilize operations and prevent recurrence.
  • • Balance automation ambition with practicality: not every task needs automation, but the instinct to question manual processes must be consistent and proactive.
  • • Communicate clearly and persuasively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, pushing back on ad-hoc requests that should be systematized.
  • • Operate with a commercial bias, always evaluating whether system work drives measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact.
  • • Maintain system stability while enabling regional growth, supporting both mature markets and emerging markets where GTM processes are still being built out.
  • • Uphold data discipline through a combination of automated checks, AI-assisted enrichment, and consistent operational hygiene.
  • • Partner with Legal and Deal Desk on CPQ/CLM workflows, ensuring system-side readiness while respecting ownership boundaries.
  • • Avoid pure CRM administration; treat manual tasks as backlog items to be eliminated, not optimized.
  • • Do not focus on dashboard creation as a primary responsibility; dashboards are outputs, not the core job.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Strong CRM operator with proven experience managing pipelines, lifecycle stages, routing, workflows, permissions, and reporting in a fast-growing company
  • • AI-native by default, using tools like Claude or similar daily and instinctively seeking to automate tasks before resorting to manual work
  • • Tool-fluent across the GTM stack including HubSpot, Clay, Gong, outbound platforms, and data enrichment tools
  • • Systems thinker who understands how configuration changes in CRM impact forecasting, attribution, and sales rep behavior
  • • Owns outcomes—cares whether the system works for the region, not just whether it’s technically correct
  • • Calm under pressure, able to triage, stabilize, and fix critical system issues quickly even during high-stakes periods
