📋 Description

• As a GTM Systems Engineer at LiveKit, you will own the engineering infrastructure behind Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, reliable integrations, and agentic workflows that power the revenue engine without human intervention.
• You will design and maintain Salesforce as the system of record for revenue data, manage HubSpot-Salesforce sync, build cross-system integrations, and deploy AI-driven agents that automate GTM operations while implementing observability and change management practices.
• LiveKit is building the infrastructure for voice-driven AI applications, powering billions of calls annually for companies like OpenAI, Salesforce, and Spotify, and you will join a team focused on making GTM systems trustworthy, scalable, and intelligent.
• You will deepen your expertise in enterprise CRM engineering, AI agent orchestration, and data platform integration while contributing to open source and working directly with Sales, Marketing, and Billing teams to enable seamless, reliable revenue operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on Salesforce expertise including data model, flows, automation, validation rules, and governance
• Solid HubSpot experience in marketing context, including ownership of HubSpot-Salesforce sync and lead flow management
• Proven integration engineering experience using APIs, webhooks, and event streams with ability to diagnose and resolve silent failures
• Code-first mindset with scripting, APIs, and CLI to solve GTM operational problems
• Agentic workflow experience in code — designing and deploying AI agents that act on GTM data with proper orchestration and guardrails
