- • **A pivotal role driving the technical backbone of Mews’ go-to-market (GTM) operations** – As the GTM Systems Engineer at Mews, you will be the technical architect behind the commercial technology stack that powers sales, marketing, and revenue operations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless, scalable, and data-driven GTM processes, enabling Mews to maintain its position as a $2.5B unicorn transforming the global hospitality industry with cutting-edge cloud technology. Your work will directly impact pipeline health, sales efficiency, and the overall growth trajectory of the company.
- • **What you’ll do day-to-day**
- • **Own and optimize Salesforce CRM administration**: You will be the technical owner of Salesforce, responsible for configuring objects, fields, validation rules, flows, permission sets, and reporting frameworks. This includes managing lifecycle models for enterprise new business, partner/referral opportunities, and customer expansion, ensuring stage entry/exit criteria are clear to reduce pipeline ambiguity.
- • **Manage and integrate the GTM technology stack**: You will administer and maintain a suite of GTM tools, including Salesforce CPQ, Gong (call/email tracking, AI-based discovery), Aircall (telephony), Clay (enrichment workflows), Outreach/Salesloft (sales engagement), and other platforms like Highspot, Docusign, and Calendly. Your role will involve ensuring seamless data flows between systems, eliminating manual reconciliation, and serving as the go-to expert for access and configuration.
- • **Ensure data integrity and territory hygiene**: You will own the quality of GTM account and territory data, managing duplicates, geo/postal-code accuracy, and enrichment workflows. This includes establishing validation guardrails and automation to reduce manual data entry, ensuring sales teams have actionable, up-to-date records.
- • **Build reporting, dashboards, and forecasting infrastructure**: You will create and maintain dashboards for pipeline health, conversion rates, partner-sourced contributions, and forecast accuracy. This includes serving as the operational POC for Salesforce and Gong dashboards, reducing spreadsheet dependency, and supporting forecasting models in collaboration with RevOps and FP&A teams.
- • **Design and implement automation and integrations**: You will build scalable automation using Salesforce Flows, Apex, and API/iPaaS solutions to streamline revenue operations. This includes implementing integrations between Salesforce and the GTM stack using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware, as well as supporting outbound automation logic in tools like Clay.
- • **Collaborate cross-functionally and enforce governance**: You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Analytics, and Product teams to align systems with evolving business needs. This includes triaging GTM tooling requests, enforcing governance frameworks for data privacy/GDPR compliance, and contributing to architectural decisions and documentation.
